Your information, your choices.

The Retreat Club is provided by VNPD Properties Ltd trading as Caravan Holidays North Wales.

We use your email for secure sign-in, your profile and saved preferences to provide your account, and your explicit channel choices for optional marketing. Membership does not give access to owner accounts or private booking records.

You can withdraw email, WhatsApp and SMS marketing separately in your account. We retain a history of consent changes so we can respect your choices.

If you submit a community story, the team reviews your text before publication. Publication requires your separate permission and does not show your name. You can withdraw your submission in the community section; a minimal review audit is retained. Please do not include private booking or third-party information.

Cancellation requests are expressions of interest, not bookings. Referral identifiers do not currently create financial credit.

Your Stay Hub and Member Benefits are separate. A verified Stay Hub invitation can connect a confirmed caravan and dates to your account so we can show necessary stay information. It never changes your marketing choices. We do not create or send invitations through a booking channel unless that channel permits them.

On your member page, the Club can prepare an editable WhatsApp introduction containing only your first name, selected holiday interests and favourite caravan names. Nothing is sent automatically. If you choose to send it, WhatsApp and MessageMind process that message as part of your conversation. The introduction excludes your surname, email, phone, marketing choices, bookings, payments and access details.

The Club account does not ask guests to report or match payments. Booking payments remain in CHNW's booking system and authorised financial records.

Club reporting counts page views, sign-in requests and verified new memberships, with the invitation source where supplied. Page-view reporting stores no email, phone number, browsing identifier or advertising cookie; repeat visits are not unique people. Sign-in codes are single-use, expire after 10 minutes and allow at most five guesses in the requesting browser.
