Membership is free and separate from marketing permission. You can use your account with every marketing choice off.

Earning rewards

Earn 5 points per £1 of eligible accommodation spend after a completed eligible direct stay has been linked and checked. OTA bookings, booking fees, deposits and cancelled or refunded amounts do not earn points. The programme launch date is 19 September 2026.

Using rewards

100 points = £1 towards a future eligible direct booking; minimum redemption is 500 points (£5). Points are not cash and cannot be transferred. Request a quote from CHNW and we will check your balance and confirm the credit before the final booking price is agreed. Credit is not yet applied automatically at online checkout.

Expiry

The published programme rule is 24 months without an eligible direct stay. Your account shows the recorded expiry date. Contact CHNW if a completed eligible stay or its reward is missing.

Your choices

You choose email, WhatsApp and SMS marketing separately in Stays & updates, and can withdraw at any time. Joining or saving favourites does not grant marketing permission.

Your booking confirmation and booking terms still govern your stay.
